A simple way to make some form of resistance.
After something heavy to lift?
An easy way of creating a heavy load to lift is getting a backpack and adding bottles of water to it. This then creates a form of resistance you can use during; Press Ups, Pull-Ups, Bent Over Row. These are just three exercises you can use with just a backpack and some bottles of water.
This then creates a load you use in a variety of ways.
You can equally get a pole to use as a bar then you can create more pull-type movements such as a pendlay row, wide bent over row.
