Breakfast Shake




  • Almond Milk
  • One tablespoon of Nut Butter
  • One Banana
  • One scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 30g of Oats




In a Blender roughly chop up one banana, with one tablespoon of Nut Butter, 30g of oat and one scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder. Once you have done this now measure out the almond. I would roughly go up to just shy of the max line on your bottle for the blender.

Then wiz it up and enjoy.


Macronutrients per serving. It is worked out using one cup of Almond breeze Almond milk and 7.5gs of Pip and Nut cashew butter.
