One of my favourite types of circuits is Dumbbell Complexes.

It is where you put 4-5 exercises back to back, and you do not let go/put the dumbbells down for the whole of the circuit.
You complete each exercise back to back with no rest between each exercise; you then rest at the end of the circuit.

The circuit flows a lot more than a traditional circuit.
You will also find it more ‘taxing’ on the body than a traditional circuit.

An example of a Dumbbell complex is;
Front Squats
Shoulder Press
Bent-Over Row
Bicep Curls

As you can see each exercise somewhat flows into the next one.
