Routine.

Some declare to love it.
Some declare to hate it.

Personally, I think it is something we love and need.

It’s something which we don’t know we enjoy.

It can come in many forms;
Dinner at the same time.
Going to the gym before work.
Playing a certain sport on X days.

These may not seem like a routine, but they are.

We have lost our routine through lockdown, and this is something people are now noticing that they are struggling without it.

They feel lost.
They feel like they are losing their ‘gains’.
A loss of control.

Do not get annoyed about it. It is outside of your control.

Why worry about something you cannot control?

Look to create a new routine.

This can be in the form;
Going for a walk when you wake up.
Aiming to hit 10,000 steps per day.
20-minute circuit every other day.

A slight adjustment will help you readjust and give a sense of control again.
