I hear this so so much. Which is, I don’t have time to workout.
Sometimes, this is a legit excuse; however, I use a little hack to set a timer on my phone.
I generally go with 40 minutes, as this works well with my day. But you could use any time limit you have such as 50 minutes, 1 hour etc. etc.
The goal and the aim are, you have to be in and out within that time limit.
By doing this, you have set a precedence.
You will find that you work harder, use your phone less, heart rate will be higher as the rest periods will be less, progress quicker through the weight rack.
You will generally be amazed at how hard you work and find that the workout’s overall quality is better!
