My client wrote this quote on my white board this week which was:

“Your success is determined by what you do after you do what is expected of you!”

To many people think it’s their right to be successful. In the world of weight loss or muscle gain you have to do the basics first and then some to succeed!

For fat loss you have to make sure your in a calorie deficit and move more as the basic. Then on top of this you have to make sure you commit to the gym. Only then you will succeed.

It won’t be given to you on a plate. You have to earn it first!
